The STAN model is an on-line tension sensor engineered for continuous monitoring of running forces in precision industrial web systems. It delivers stable and accurate performance in demanding production environments where consistent tension control is required. This solution supports strip tension measurement across a wide variety of flexible materials, including copper foil, aluminum strip, plastic film, adhesive tape, thin paper web, textile ribbon, nylon webbing, polyester film, rubber strip, carbon fiber tape, optical fiber ribbon, and nonwoven fabric. Its single-roll design ensures smooth tracking of moving media while maintaining reliable signal output during high-speed operation.

The device functions as an advanced online tension transducer, integrating a stainless-steel guide wheel with a 21 mm groove diameter and 22 mm width, making it well-suited for narrow strip processing applications. It also operates as a precision strip tension sensor, converting radial force generated through the bearing structure into measurable electrical signals influenced by line tension and wrap angle. Standard ranges include 10 N, 20 N, and 50 N. For specialized requirements such as alternative measuring ranges or customized roller designs, LCS Tech provides flexible engineering support with a minimum order quantity starting from one piece.
