The STAM model is an on-line tension sensor designed for continuous monitoring of running line forces in industrial processes. Its single-roll measuring structure ensures stable tracking of moving lines while maintaining consistent signal output during operation.

The online tension transducer STAM features a precision guide wheel with a 27 mm outer diameter and 20 mm groove diameter, with a ceramic contact surface to minimize wear and improve service life. Measurement is based on radial force transfer through the bearing journal, which varies with line tension and wrap angle. Standard capacities include 5 N, 10 N, 20 N, and 50 N.
