The LCP02 Pancake Load Cell is a compact and high-performance shear web load cell designed to provide precise force measurement in both tension and compression directions under static or dynamic loading conditions. Manufactured from durable stainless steel, the LCP02 offers excellent reliability and resistance to harsh environments. It is available in four rated capacities: 500N, 1kN, 2kN, and 3kN, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial and testing applications. This low-profile load cell features a robust design with an M8x1.25 tapped hole at the center, allowing force to be applied using various attachments such as load buttons, threaded rods, or eye bolts. For secure installation, the sensor includes 4.5mm through holes positioned around the body, compatible with 3xM4 screws for easy mounting to flat and rigid surfaces. The LCP02 pancake load cell is ideal for inline force monitoring, press-fit force verification, robotics, material fatigue testing, and machine integration where space is limited but precision is critical.
