The LCF02 is a compact Miniature force sensor designed for precise tension and compression measurement in space-constrained applications. Available in capacities of 10 N, 20 N, 50 N, 100 N, and 200 N, this tiny load cell measures both tensile and compressive forces for static and dynamic applications. With an outer diameter of only 10 mm and an overall height of 12 mm, it features two M2 tapped holes on the bottom for mounting and an M3 threaded hole on the top for force loading. The stainless steel elastic body incorporates a Wheatstone full-bridge strain gauge circuit, providing an mV output proportional to the applied force. An external signal conditioner can provide 0–5 V, 0–10 V, or 4–20 mA output.

Despite its miniature dimensions, the LCF02 delivers reliable performance in hardness testers, spring testing equipment, press-in force measurement, end-of-line testing, and industrial process control. As a robotic load cell, it is suitable for compact robotic mechanisms, end-effectors, grippers, and force feedback systems requiring accurate bidirectional force measurement. Custom configurations are available for specific mechanical, electrical, mounting, and cable requirements, making the LCF02 a versatile bidirectional force transducer for precision industrial and robotic applications.
