Subminiature Button Load Cell LCB01 is designed with diaphragm construction to measure compression force, especially suitable for the applications where the size matters. With rated capacities from 5kgf to 50kgf available and measuring just 8mm in diameter and 6mm in height, mini compression sensor LCB01 is the smallest button load cell that we offer in our standard product portfolio. A load button is an integral part of its basic structure for even force distribution, it can be mounted on a flat surface using glue to secure the bottom, or sandwiched between the assemblies. The robust stainless steel body operates on the basis of proven strain gauge technology to provide analog output signal in mV, external amplifiers are available as accessories to deliver 0-5V, 0-10V, 4-20mA output. Sealed against moisture, micro button load cell LCB01 can be used in a wide range of applications, including industrial process control, research or development projects, assembly machinery and end-of-line test equipment.
